My daughter Tammy has breast cancer and this is such a great cause. I have always donated to cancer related charities.

I would like to support this charity in particular because as I’ve been taking my daughter to oncology appointments,  I see what the charity is doing for my daughter and other members of the local community.
My daughter has taken the bus funded by the 24hr fight to chemotherapy. I’ve parked in the cancer parking dropping her off for treatments and she doesn’t have to walk as far.

By supporting this charity, not only am I supporting my daughter but others in my local area who are also fighting this horrible disease.

I am also walking in honour of those loved ones we’ve lost who have lost their battle.
The 24 Hour Fight Against Cancer Macarthur is an annual  fundraising movement that exists to provide the Macarthur Cancer Therapy Centre, the Oncology Ward and the Paediatric Ambulatory Care Unit at Campbelltown Hospital and the Palliative Care Unit and associated Outreach service at Camden Hospital with the extra services and equipment they need to assist in the treatment, care and comfort of children and adults dealing with cancer.
All money raised stays in Macarthur – Totally Volunteer Committee – Expenses covered by Local Businesses and Service Clubs
