24 Hr 2022 Launch

Now in our 18th year, the 24 Hour Fight against Cancer Macarthur is back and relaunching our 2023 appeal on Friday the 10th of June thanks to Clintons Toyota.
The 24 Hour Fight against Cancer is a charity created and run by the local people in Macarthur, for the people in our region who are affected by cancer. Every dollar raised goes to fulfilling requests by health professionals at the Macarthur Cancer Therapy Centre, Paediatric Ambulatory Care, Oncology Ward at Campbelltown Hospital and the Palliative Care Unit at Camden Hospital to support children and adults receiving treatment.

Camden Lakeside Golf Resort
Gather a team of 4 players for the annual 24 Hour Fight against Cancer Macarthur Gabe O’Flaherty Memorial Day on Monday the 17th of July at Camden Lakeside Golf Resort. Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast with a shot-gun start from 8am. Buffet lunch is included.
Sponsorship packages are avaliable with every dollar raised going straight to the 24 HR Fight against Cancer appeal for 2023.
24 Hr McDonalds Charity Night

Stores across Macarthur
Last years highly successful night resulted in McDonalds generously donating $7,250. We thank our Foundation sponsor, McDonalds and all of the 24Hr Fighters who supported this event.
24 Hr Ladies Day

Camden Lakeside Golf Club
Calling all the ladies in Macarthur! Grab your girl squad and get involved in this luncheon at Camden Lakeside Golf Resort to raise much needed funds for the 24 Hour Fight against Cancer Macarthur 2023 appeal.
There will be raffles, a silent auction plus market stalls.
All proceeds will be donated to the 24 Hour Fight against Cancer Macarthur appeal for 2023!
24 Hr Fred’s Push

Local legend and Paralympian, Paul Nunnari will be embarking on his annual tour of Macarthur for ‘Fred’s Push’ paying tribute to the 24 Hour Fight against Cancer Macarthur committee member and much-adored local hero, the late Fred Borg OAM. Proudly brought to you by Bob Jane T Marts.
All proceeds support our Cancer Clinics and Palliative Care unit in Macarthur. The C91.3FM Road crew will be there cheering on Paul Nunnari, make sure if you see Paul on his journey, you give him a cheer! Or simply meet him and the team at McDonald’s Campbelltown for the end of his journey party!

Classic Car and Bike Cruise
Sun 10th September
Owners of Classic Cars and Bikes are invited to join us on our second annual leisurely fundraising ride. We will make our way to a recreational area and enjoy a picnic lunch together. In addition to your registration fee, we will have raffles and fun activities to add to our fundraising total. 100% of donations will go to supporting cancer treatment centres at Campbelltown Hospital and the palliative care unit at Camden hospital. 24 Hr Charcoal Chicken Week
Sat 8th – Sat 14th October
Kings Chickens, Queen Street
Visit King’s Charcoal Chicken, Campbelltown and purchase a BBQ chicken for the week commencing the 1st October to the 8th October and $2 from every chicken sold will be donated directly to the 24 Hour Fight against Cancer Macarthur.
Dig deep and enjoy a delicious chicken meal whilst raising funds for our local Macarthur initiative run for and run by the people in Macarthur.
24 Hr Weekend
Sat 14th – Sun 15th October
Campbelltown Athletics Stadium, Leumeah
Our signature event, ‘the big walk’ will commence at 10am on Saturday and continue until 10am on Sunday. Join thousands of your fellow Macarthur residents to celebrate our fundraising successes on the field and in your own designated team area.
There will be an opening ceremony, kids activities, musical performance, food and drink and a moving reflection ceremony at sunset. Then we settle down for an overnight camp, walking and talking and sleeping before our closing ceremony on Sunday.
Participate for the whole 24 hours or just as long as you like.
24 Hr Survivor’s Dinner – Evening Function

Club Menangle – 5pm
This year, Club Menangle will be hosting the Survivor’s Function as an evening event. Enjoy an evening of harness racing and a great buffet as we celebrate winding down our fundraising for another year.
