By Macarthur, For Macarthur, In Macarthur

Sadly, many families in Macarthur are touched by cancer…
The 24 Hour Fight Against Cancer Macarthur is an annual outdoor, overnight fundraising event that exists to provide the Macarthur Cancer Therapy Centre, the Oncology Ward and the Paediatric Ambulatory Care Unit at Campbelltown Hospital and the Palliative Care Unit and associated Outreach service at Camden Hospital with the extra services and equipment they need to assist in the treatment, care and comfort of children and adults dealing with cancer.

Come join in the fun & raise money for Cancer services in Macarthur…

100% of money raised stays in Macarthur!

Due to the wonderful support of the Macarthur community, more than $320,000 was raised in 2016 bringing the total raised in just 12 years for our local cancer treatment centres to over $3.7 million. Over 2000 people took part in last year’s event – what an incredible achievement!

Participate for 24 minutes or 24 hours…

Join with hundreds of others in this family event and walk or run some laps, celebrate life, acknowledge months of successful fundraising and have fun. It caters for all ages. There will be entertainment, food, activities and the chance to contribute to your community. Everyone is invited. Come along.

Chairperson's Message

Congratulations if you have decided to register as a participant in the 24 Hour Fight Against Cancer Macarthur. You’ll have great fun while helping to improve cancer treatment for local patients.

By supporting your very own Macarthur-based event, you are assured that 100% of every dollar you raise will stay right here to provide our family and friends dealing with cancer with the treatment ‘extras’ not available from other sources. Your efforts and the extremely generous support of local sponsors who cover the costs of staging the weekend have meant that in just 14 years this project has raised over an incredible $4.3 million!

See you on the track in October!
